When something goes wrong, tell us what you said or typed, what Musclebot logged, your iPhone model and iOS version. A screenshot helps too.

Logging

How do I log a set?

Tap + on the Workout tab to start, then tap the waveform and say the set, like “bench, 80 kilo, 8 reps”. When you stop talking, the set appears in a review form. Tap ✓ to save it, or change anything first.

Musclebot heard me wrong. What can I do?

Fix it in the review form before tapping ✓. For a set already saved, tap it in your workout to correct or delete it. If a phrase keeps getting misheard, email us the exact words so we can teach Musclebot.

An exercise isn't in the list.

Say it anyway. Musclebot offers the closest exercises, or lets you create your own with the muscles it works. Next time, it recognizes the name.

I forgot to tap Finish.

No problem. A workout closes by itself after 30 minutes without a set, ending at your last set, so its time and calories stay right.

Purchases

How does the free plan work?

Every feature is free for 8 workouts each calendar month. Pro removes the limit. Your data, insights and history stay available either way.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings in Musclebot, then Musclebot Pro, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel in the Settings app under your name, then Subscriptions. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Where are my workouts stored?

Only on your iPhone. Musclebot has no account and no servers. See the privacy policy.

How do I export my workouts?

Open Settings in Musclebot and tap Export Workouts (CSV). You get a CSV file with every set, which opens in Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the Musclebot app. Workouts saved to Apple Health stay in Health until you remove them there.
