Privacy Policy

Effective October 10, 2026

Musclebot is built so that your training data stays yours. We don't collect any data. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no advertising.

What stays on your iPhone

• Workouts: the sets, notes and exercises you log are stored only on your iPhone.
• Voice: when you speak a set or ask Musclebot a question, speech is turned into text on your iPhone. Audio isn't recorded or sent anywhere.
• On-device intelligence: reading what you say, phrasing insights and answering your questions all happen on your iPhone.
• Settings: your unit and body weight are stored on your iPhone.

Apple Health

If you allow it, Musclebot reads your body weight from Health to estimate calories, and saves finished workouts to Health. You choose this in the Health permission screen and can change it any time in the Settings app. Health data is never used for anything else and never leaves your iPhone through Musclebot.

Microphone and speech recognition

Musclebot asks for the microphone and speech recognition only when you first tap the waveform to log a set or Ask to ask a question. They're used only while you're speaking to log a set or ask a question.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are handled by Apple through the App Store. Musclebot receives only whether your purchase is active; it never sees your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to purchases.

Children

Musclebot is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
